Politics seems to be everyplace lately. Granted, there’s almost always
politics in elected offices and appointed positions; I also see it in
families, schools, work, social groups, athletics, religion, military, and
at just about every level of government; and, lately, my mail box has been
inundated with political flyers. What a waste of trees.

As a senior citizen, I’ve stopped letting telephone poll-takers query me
with their lengthy surveys and questions. It’s just too time consuming and
intrusive for me. I sense that my blood pressure goes up and that all three
remaining pieces of my hair stress during the political seasons. Political
term limits might cut back on election politics, but the constant news
coverage of way too many political matters needs to chill. It seems like an
invasion of sorts on our lives. What a waste of time.

As far as I’m personally concerned, politics can and should take a back seat
to our lives. And, while I’m ranting, politicians should serve the people
and always remember that they work “for” their constituents. Getting
reelected should not be a politician’s main goal; rather, doing what’s right
and for the good of the served should be the top priority; to do otherwise
is wrong. What a waste of the opportunity.

Personally, last week I did something I’ve resisted for many years, namely I
purchased a cell phone; I bought an iphone like my kids and grandkids have,
so they are helping me learn how to best use it. I also recently had a
“tune-up” on my eyes which had the laser treatment 15 years ago; medical
advances are so amazing—now, when I do my many checks every day to make
certain that I still have all three pieces of my hair, I can merely use a
mirror to count them.  Although shoots have been few and far between in this
day and age of piracy and copyright infringement, I thankfully still enjoy a
lot of sex via the swinging world, and the girlfriends/wives of fans. I’m
storing up on get-togethers with local coed groupies, because another
college school year is fast approaching. I go through a lot of condoms. What

I just spent an hour with Cristy Canyon on her Playboy Sirius/XM “Legends of Porn” program, co-hosted today by Rebecca Bardoux; BUT, I was on the phone
at my San Diego condo while they were in the Playboy studio in “Porn Valley”.  Bummer! Unlike one past in-studio appearance where the Cristy,

My attendance last month at the Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) in Las Vegas was a nice getaway from the hectic pace of everyday work. It seemed like a

Have you looked at your cable bill and/or phone bill and/or energy bill lately and seen all the add-on fees and taxes-yikes. Our presently
challenging economy needs help, not all these add-on deafening BS charges. I hope legislators at all levels will challenge these obstacles to the health
of the economy; same for all the rules and regulations heaped upon us, many of which need to be reexamined and revalidated, or eliminated. Our economy
needs to have the handcuffs banned.

Speaking of banning, I heard on the late night news that the California Legislature is thinking about enacting a bill to ban cell phone texting
while walking; twice today while doing my boardwalk exercise walk, I had to dodge people who were texting or reading their mobile devices and walking
right into me. Two days ago, I witnessed a bicyclist looking down at her phone and crashing into a sea wall. Somebody will get hurt if we don’t start
being more conscious of our surroundings.  Incidentally, that woman looked like she had 36DD breast “cushions” protecting her chest during her crash.

‘Tis the season to be jolly’, but for many in the Porn Industry it’s a
challenge this year, what with piracy chipping away in chucks, BIG chunks.
Yikes! With some notable exceptions, porn as I’ve experienced it over the 18
years that I’ve participated in it seems to have lost its year-over-year
growth, and instead appears to be withering on the vine. Yikes, again.

Some of you have seen the “How to Get Into Porn” piece that I wrote many
years ago. Approximately two years ago, I added some comments about the way
piracy was making it even more difficult for new want-to-be actors and
actresses to access the world of porn; what follows are some of those
updated comments, hopefully of interest to present wannabes and others not
familiar with the toll piracy is heaving upon the legal world of porn:

“It’s been a very difficult couple of years for porn, one that can be blamed
in large part upon the continued copyright infringement and piracy of porn
videos and Adult Internet materials which often end up being illegally
uploaded onto some Internet sites where they are freely downloaded
illegally, and with no compensation to/for the company which footed the
expenses to make them. Consequently, many studios (and some web sites, too)
seem to have cut way back on productions, or number of releases, or
production budgets, or bookings for porn stars, or number of employees in
admin, shipping, and other jobs, or number of days they are open per week,
or the physical downsizing of their office and/or warehouse space, or in
some cases many or ALL of the aforementioned.

These unavoidable cut-backs mean loss of business income, which hurts
government due to the associated decrease in federal and state taxes paid,
along with a nosedive in sales tax revenues; also, porn-related jobs are
lost since there is a lessened need for people to do the catering, make-up,
set crewing, location rentals, marketing materials and post-production
needs, sales, etc. I imagine that even UPS and others like them are
suffering decreases in Porn Industry shipping fees. A healthy Adult Film
Industry is a plus to the economy, but the present situation is dire.
Besides the producers of legitimate porn, the economy suffers from the many
non-working Adult Industry folks whom, as consumers, cut back on spending,
thus affecting the viability of other businesses and jobs.

I imagine that the religious right-wing radicals are happy about our
situation, one that also carries over to adult internet operations which are
likewise hurt by the overall copyright infringement; bottom line is that
thievery of our products is what’s causing the religious folks to “win” —
I wonder if they feel good about the adult industry being brought to its
knees by what amounts to a sin, namely stealing! It seems like thievery is
accomplishing what the religious “do-gooders” hypocrites have failed at in
the past.

Some of the illegal tube web sites which allow/facilitate uploading for
subsequent downloading of copyrighted materials are outside the jurisdiction
of American courts. And, for those in the United States, courts sometimes
move slowly. And, technology to protect copyrights has not yet been
developed to effectively stop the copyright theft. Even if it is slowed or
shows signs of being almost to the point of being stopped, unlawful
down-loaders might go on a binge to accumulate as much porn as they can
before the spigot gets shut off. The thirst for new porn, especially
involving new fresh faces/bodies, will probably continue but might be filled
by sometimes harsher productions out of Russia, Eastern Europe, Asia, etc.
I worry that some imported porn could be a significant negative for viewers
who might mistakenly think that fisting, sex after bondage, or making a
women compliant via alcohol, is normal and ok; with imported porn, I worry
that child porn from outside America might find a way to further infect our
population. How are religious radicals (or the copyright infringers and
lawbreakers) going to feel about what the imported harsher porn might
suggest to their children or grandchildren as they form their own sexual
standards, relationships, and marriages?

I’m told that the piracy now even includes pirates “ripping” off entire
websites and illegally uploading them for UNLAWFUL downloading globally.
YIKES, yet again! In my opinion, porn might survive but not like it used to
be. Worse, it might not be American porn. I hope I’m wrong. There’s a
flicker of hope lately from some Federal Judges who are issuing favorable
judgments and opinions in copyright infringement cases involving porn; but
there are also some who seem to be dodging the matter. Stay tuned.

Meanwhile, I won’t personally be investing in porn productions.

And the last but still excellent scene is where little spinner Amia Miley takes charge of Jack Lawrence, strips off his clothes and forces herself on him. She keeps up her bossy character portrayal throughout the sex scene which makes it edgy and funny at the same time.

Evan tells me how this movie came about ?In my several years of adult I have seen the transformation of the airline security first hand. Being chosen at random is a regular event for me. I find it funny that the government is allowed to do things that everyone else is not permitted to do?like pat people down by groping their genitals and feeling them up?lucky bastards! We wanted the photos to be very graphic and since this wasn?t going to be your typical, ?porn? shoot we agreed not to shoot vag sex. No artificial lube was used during the making of this project. It was all Oriana?s saliva.
Oriana & I would carefully pick the male models to shot her with. They had to have a certain look and be well built. We hired some based on their wardrobe too. EXXXOTICA Sues City, Venue and Ex-Mayor Dennis Elwell For Attempting To Stop 2008 Event

(Philadelphia, PA) ? EXXXOTICA New York, LLC has filed suit in US District Court claiming ?breach of contract, breach of good faith, interference with a contractual relationship and negligent, fraudulent and intentional misrepresentation? against the Meadowlands Expo Center, it?s owners – Hartz Mountain, management company ? SMG, Secaucus New Jersey Town Administrator ? David Drumeler and Ex-Secaucus Mayor Dennis Elwell.

The lawsuit stems from EXXXOTICA?s 2008 inaugural NY/NJ event in which the defendants barred the ?adult-themed public tradeshow? from the Meadowlands Exposition Center and now refuses to return the $32,500 deposit.

According to the suit filed, EXXXOTICA says prior to entering into a lease agreement with the Meadowlands Exposition Center, the plaintiff ?expressly advised defendants of the nature of various products that would be sold and certain performances and demonstrations that the show anticipated would take place.? To that, EXXXOTICA claims that ?at no time did representatives of Hartz Mountain, or its agent, SMG, express any reservations about the proposed content of the Tradeshow.?

The suit goes on to assert that prior to the signing of the lease, EXXXOTICA corresponded with the Meadowlands management to ?inquire whether they were aware of any state and/or local laws that might be an impediment to the service of alcohol at the Tradeshow? to which management responded ?that the Tradeshow was acceptable, appropriate and permitted at the venue.?

Approximately 7 days before the event was set to open, Secaucus notified EXXXOTICA that the show was going to be barred because of ?the exhibitions and activities scheduled to take place would be obscene and lewd. Thus defendants claimed that the Tradeshow would purportedly be in violation of New Jersey Division of Alcohol Beverage Control.?

At this point, EXXXOTICA claims that ?Hartz Mountain sent a letter to the plaintiff falsely claiming that Hartz did not know ‘precisely what activities EXXXOTICA intended to permit.? To which EXXXOTICA agreed to ?take any and all necessary actions to ensure that the Tradeshow would not violate any State or Local laws, including the ABC Regulations and Secaucus Ordinance.?

To this, the plaintiff stated that EXXXOTICA would still ?not be permitted in the doors.?

Approximately 4 days before the event, EXXXOTICA was forced to find an alternative venue, the New Jersey Expo Center, nearly 30 miles from the Meadowlands and, as asserted in the claim, ?incurring substantial additional costs and expenses.?

Additionally, ?one day prior to the opening of the Tradeshow at the Raritan Center, Plaintiff requested return of their deposit from Hartz MEC due to its false representations and breach of contract. This request continues to be ignored and Hartz MEC continues to retain amounts to which it is not lawfully entitled.?

Ex-Secaucus Mayor Dennis Elwell is set to stand trial in February 2011 on three counts; conspiracy to commit extortion, attempted extortion, and accepting corrupt payments in connection with a business transaction with a municipality that received federal funds. The charges carry a maximum prison terms of 20 years.
