If you are superstitious, today would probably be a good day to order a pizza delivered and watch Home Box. If you notice, there are no 13th floors in hotels or apartment buildings, and there are usually no row 13 on airplanes. Hospitals don't have a room number 13 on any floor. As I was out jogging on the beach this morning in San Diego, my mind wandered to fantasizing what it might be like to have adult actresses and actors more and more accepted in the mainstream political world. I like movies, with a message, especially if it is funny and /or positive. I like horror movies if they are too dumb to really happen (because if they are believable they scare me, because I am sure they are going to happen to me that night when I go to bed) I like love stories with a happy ending, especially if they are realistic, because I am lucky enough ( and sometimes not) to live in one, a love story that is... I like comedies because laughing is good for you, makes your brain release dopamine and I can use all the free dope I can get. Plus comedies are generally a two hour escape without a lasting impression on your brain. Occasionally I like, even love movies that have a sad ending, but they really affect me, and I think about them for quite awhile after I watch them. For example these are four of the best movies I have ever seen, but I would find it hard to watch three of them again (FF is a happy/sad so I've seen that several times)- Finding Forester, House of Sand and Fog, Pay it Forward, & The Notebook. Hard too watch, but worth your tears.
My favorite movies of all time have a mostly happy or revenge ending, a "lesson", some comedy, some romance and if we can add in a bit of deep meaning, that is really over the top for me. Recently V is for Vengeance, Inside Man, Transamerica, & Stay, fit the bill.
Last year Crash (best movie of 2005 if you ask me), Ray, and Saw were my favs. I think BrokeBack Mountain sucked, and not enough, lol. It was like watching paint dry, really boring paint!

TARZANA, Calif. - Returning to shelves after a leave of absence, the Kirdy Stevens Signature Series edition of Standard Digital's adult classic Taboo-- ranked in the top 25 of AVN's 101 Greatest Adult Tapes of All Time -- features more than just a name change.
The most obvious addition to the first volume of Taboo, directed by AVN and X-Rated Critics Organization Hall of Famer Kirdy Stevens and starring Kay Parker and Mike Granger, is its brushed metallic slipcover featuring the title's distinctive logo with softcore stills from the film. The plastic DVD case features hardcore stills, the first time they've been used on packaging, Steve Stevens, president of Standard Digital and son of Kirdy Stevens, said.
The disc features a newly remastered version of the film that is the best representation of sight and sound of the title since its theatrical release in 1980, Stevens added. The stills included in the gallery have not been seen since the film's initial release, and other extras include a commentary track by Kirdy Stevens and Helene Terrie, Taboo's screenwriter and producer, as well as a separate track and an interview featuring Parker.
"Standard Digital will release a new volume of Taboo, given the same

Some stories are just too freaking strange to be made up and somehow a lot of them involve porn stars.
