I like to think I'm the perfect blend of both. I have different answers

I've had a few office jobs just out of college, but this is my first one

The best things are the people on the site. After watching it grow from the first day live on the web to now when we have so many loving and addicted members, it's just a great feeling. We built something and look what it has become. It is beloved and that makes me happy.
The worst thing is trying to please everyone. It's impossible, but I try and

The community aspect of the site is amazing in that there is a core group of Lusties that are on everyday, but they are also so open to the new people that come to the site. It's never clique-ish. It's an open place to talk about whatever you want in between reading some great pieces of erotica.
7) Are you currently running a contest? How does that work?
We actually just finished a contest. We partnered with Adam & Eve, who
provided the prize of a $500 gift certificate to the winner. Every story
submitted in March was eligible and the voting took place through April. The
winner was the highest rated story as of midnight EDT April 30th. I'm not
sure yet what our next contest will be.
8) PLease tell us how the voting works?
We are actually about to change our voting system. Currently it's on a scale
of 1-10, but in the next week or so we are changing it so that there will be
no negative votes. There will be a scale very similar to what you see on
forum rankings - i.e. a certain number of posts, and you get a certain title
and a star and up from there. This is based on a certain number of votes.
But there is no voting anyone down, which is the problem we've had with our
current system.
9) What is the most popular category of erotic writing?
On the site, Lusty Liaisons seems to be the most popular. It's our sort of
catch-all category. It covers everything from one night stands, lovers'
trysts, and even hot sex between couples who have been together a while. It's a category for SEX, plain and simple.
10) Whose idea was this whole thing?
It was a collaborative effort between our entire team. We all brainstormed
until we came up with just the right idea.
11) What is the funniest thing that happened concerning your work?
When we first started recording podcasts, a girl I work with was recording a story for me. And she was nervous about it. So every time she messed up, she would make a sound or a gesture or say something that had us rolling on the floor. She was trying to vent frustration but it just came off as the
funniest thing ever. We have some great out-takes of that story.

I banned a user when I found out he told someone in the chatroom he was
underage. Then he sent an email asking why he was banned. I told him. When
he responded, this is what he said: i was drunk i am 18 ok she also said she
was 17 so i want her so bad i did ok im promiss i am 18.
13) What hints can you give someone who wants to submit a story to
increase their story's popularity?
Proofread!! ( CL-see # 12, lol) A well-written story goes a long way on this site. Also use a thesaurus. The people on this site read a lot of erotic stories and hearing the same words over and over again gets a bit tedious. There are other words/euphemisms besides cock and pussy, hard and wet. Shake things up a little bit and don't be afraid to experiment, whether it's with your writing itself or with your sex scene.
