I just started a MySpace page for myself and CindisNakedTruth. I hope everyone who reads this column on any kind of a regular basis will please come and join the page. I'd really like to connect with more industry and non-industry folks. Plus Myspace is a great resource for interesting info on people. I was really surprised at what I found out about people just by reading their responses to the simple questions like what books do you like to read. You can tell if someone is funny, or serious, smart or not so studious, a brainiac or a maniac just by what they like to read. Same with music, movies, heros etc... It's very enlightening to read between the lines...... I can tell that my only problem is going to be that I have to "keep it clean." I am so used to writing for an adult audience that I don't spare my dirty words or description of body parts or sexual language. Even though I made the page so no one under eighteen can go there, I still think they are pretty strict about what you write. I'm going to have to find out the content rules. I know you can't put up any pics with nips or pubes, lol. So I wonder, can say the words nips and pubes on there? I have taken snipets of my friends writing on what books they are reading to give you examples of what I am talking about. Hope they don't mind.... :)

THE PIPELINE: MAY 2007
It seems that Skeeter Kerkove’s legal troubles are behind him enough for him to go back on the warpath. The nomadic and volatile director has most recently been shooting stuff for Robert Hill Releasing and some of his titles still pop up from Fusxion so he may still have something there. At any rate, he’s gone back on the attack with internet rants that target virtually everyone in the business not named Pat Myne, Jim Powers or Max Hardcore. As usual, his prime target is Jules Jordan. God only knows why Skeeter hates Jules so much, but he has once again managed to link my name to Jules’ and pretty much mangle my words so badly that I wouldn’t know where to start a rebuttal. Since Skeeter likes to point out that Jim Powers is a genius and that many porn directors owe him more than a small nod of gratitude, I’ll just say that I have been watching, buying and loving Jim’s movies for longer than Skeeter has been in the business. No one has to sell me on the brilliance or importance of Jim Powers as a force in porn. I’m already on that bandwagon my friend. I have nothing against Skeeter and can’t figure out exactly why he has such a bone to pick with me. If it’s because I actually like Jules Jordan’s work, then I can’t help that. I think that the numbers speak for themselves. Jules makes great porn and if liking great movies makes me wrong, then I don’t want to be right. In addition to Jules and myself, Skeeter is going after someone he once called the “King of Porn” John Stagliano. Again, I don’t know the story behind this feud, but I do know that John seems to be on the Kerkove shitlist along with his wife Tricia Devereaux and contract director Belladonna. I guess if you’re going to attack people in the business, you might as well attack the big boys. Whatever is going on with Skeeter I hope that he calms down a little, stops calling people schoolyard names and picks up the phone. You have the number and I would be more than happy to talk to you about your thoughts on the history of porn, your issues with certain people and anything else on that deviant mind of yours.
Two women who apparently won’t be around to try for the Hillary Scott sweep are Tiffany Taylor and Lacie Heart. About a year ago, Tiffany was involved in a serious car accident. Though she has recovered from her injuries, she has not returned to the world of porn. Rumors that she had quit altogether had been circulating for month, but Tiffany waited until last month to make the ‘official’ announcement. In an email to Luke Ford, Tiffany informed the porn world that she ha moved back to Florida, enrolled in classes at the University of Florida and is apparently done with porn forever. This loss for Vivid, on top of already losing Lacie Heart to Digital Playground at the end of last year, puts them two hot babes down. If the rumors are true, Lacie’s stay at the DP didn’t last long though. Rumors are currently circulating that she too has left the business after getting married and that the blonde ex-porn babe is now carrying a child. If this keeps up then Vivid might want to install LoJac in all of their contract girls.
That’s all the news that’s fit to print as well as some of the gossip that isn’t. By the time the next column rolls around 2007 will already be half over. I wonder if it’s too early to reserve my rooms for Vegas in 2008?
