I’m writing this at the end of a sex-filled weekend, one where I yesterday enjoyed a beautiful young blond wife while her husband looked on beaming with prideful happiness for her as she rode me, and rode me, and rode me; I see her only every few months, but each time is full of hot sex. Five hours later, we beat on his door and made him accompany us to our favorite breakfast place on the beach—we had to then head to work, but he had the day off (I guess we should have hired a stripper for his lunch, but as responsible members of society we had to go to work and didn’t have time to set up such antics!!). I love my life.

Wow, I can’t believe it has already been a month since the Adult Expo in Las Vegas. I guess time really does fly when you’re having fun. (Or recovering from way too much of it.) As usual it was a great time in the desert with lots of good friends, great food and plenty of news and notes from the floor. Rather than lump it all together, I will throw in tidbits in between the other big news stories of the month. As it seems to every year, the Adult Expo just seemed to be bigger than before. AVN was nice enough to give us one full day of industry-only time so I rushed around to get as many interviews done on that day as possible. This year I was in town a year late because I ended up with Rose Bowl tickets. Even though USC took it on the chin, I was happy to be able to be in the stands for what was truly an amazing game. Back on topic, the overall attendance during fan hours seemed to be up once again. Apparently people still like porn and they are willing to pay fifty bucks a day to rub elbows (against boobies) with their favorite porn stars.
Just days after the show in Vegas, Jules Jordan made an announcement that shook the foundations of the porn world. He is leaving Evil Angel to form his own company. The move marks the first time anyone has done such a thing after being a part of the Evil Empire. Though no one is yet sure exactly what Jules has planned, rumors have been flying about who might be following him to the new company. Will this be the genesis of the next porn power company? Will Jules keep it small like Lexington Steele has with Mercenary? So far Jules has been quiet, but he did promise a full interview in the next few weeks so look for more info as it comes in. Also be on the lookout for whoever Evil Angel brings in to fill the hole on the roster left by Jules’ departure.
I had a chance to talk with Tom Byron at the Extreme/Evolution booth. Tom recently announced that his two-year retirement is over. Byron has been hitting the gym, shedding the pounds and is ready to get back in front of the camera. Tom sited two reasons for the comeback. First he says he wants to do some acting. It’s been years since Byron has had a chance to really show off his acting skills, so that should be fun. Better still, he says that he is coming back because “there are some girls I really want to fuck.” There is already a project in the works with JM Productions that will pair Byron with Ashley Blue. His other object of desire? Janine of course. Now that she is doing boys, Bryon is going to co-star with the Digital Playground contract star just so he can finally stick his dick into her. That may be the single best reason I have ever heard for a porn comeback.
It wasn’t a shock to anyone when Digital Playground’s “Pirates” broke all AVN records with 11 wins at the AVN Awards. Anything less would have been considered an upset for the high-budget instant classic. I picked up a few tidbits at the Digital Playground booth as well. Yes, Teagan was pregnant. She gave birth to a baby girl in November and is planning to slowly get herself back in front of the camera. Janine is getting married again and this time the guy has no problems with her doing guys on camera.
DVSX has added a whole new slate of directors the team this year. In addition to Alex Ladd, fans will be treated to projects from Bobby Manila, MoFo, Craven Moorehead and Paulo Banana in 2006. They will take over the existing lines at DVSX as well as starting some of their own.
We did something special with the Rog Reviews Critic’s Choice Awards. I announced the winners live on the www.dailynoise.com show on the first day of the AEE. With the help of lovely co-presenters Aurora Snow and Tristie from New Breed Productions, we were able to get through the award “show” in much less time than most of those big Hollywood productions. None of the winners were on hand because everyone was on the floor of the show. Next year (With no Rose Bowl to delay my arrival in Vegas) the plan is to announce them live and perhaps have some stars on hand. For this year, the winners are….

IMHO-You have FOUR DAYS until VALENTINES DAY! Don't screw it up! You must get or make a really mushy card. You should also send a funny one to their work via e-mail. Now if you are a guy you are expected to do the real work here. Be thoughtful and buy her either flowers ( should be sent to her work to impress her friends), a big expensive stuffed animal, some great smelling candles, her favorite perfume, and take her out for her favorite meal or order it in. A piece of real jewelry will help a lot. Rent a girly romantic movie and buy some of her favorite alcoholic beverage. All this is a build up to- the movie is over and she is tipsy, pull out the new lingerie you bought her and tell her you want to give her a massage with the new flavored creams that you got. If all this doesn't get you a two hour sex session, nothing will. Either you have been married a long time, and in that case you could have stopped at the card because you ain't getting anything anyway. OR you need to get yourself a new girlfriend, with some sex drive.
If you are the girl, you really have it pretty easy. Just buy a funny card and write in it, "Honey, you'll get your present later tonight, after dinner, in bed......" and then have sex with him until he starts snoring, then you can go watch the romantic girly movie that you rented and eat the candy that you bought yourself.

Eon McKai vs VCA – Neu Wave Hookers-winner or loser?
A big controversy is brewing……… over alt-porn. Is there such a thing? Eon McKai, director of Neu Wave Hookers thinks it is the hottest trend in porn and he is the one at the top bringing it too us. McKai told AVN.com that “I loved my time at VCA. I was able to work with, and be mentored by, people like Veronica Hart and Jim Malibu. I built an amazing brand at VCA, but right now I want to see the alt-porn movement go as far as it can possibly go.” And to be truthful, Eon’s movie is at the top of the charts. But reviews are very mixed. You either love it or hate it, there is no in between. Because of the conflict between critics this gives the movie more press and makes more people want to see it. They want to see for themselves whether they think it is good or bad. I will be doing a big story for the magazine and will post it on Xcitement.com also. I personally have NOT seen the movie yet. And that is for a reason. I keep putting it off. I want to read the next review, the next opinion, the next bunch of praise, the next message board of trash about it. So I wanted to write this little story and give you a bunch of opinions out there. Then going into it with an open mind I will watch it and put in my own point of you. I get the movie tomorrow. Okay I found someone postive, Review Dude writes magazine porn reviews and he likes NWH - Dude says-Eon is NOT for everybody. He's different, he's edgy and he's far from the mainstream. I would think he appeals to those that like Gothsend and Taboo - the young punky tattooed body pierced anti social element - and that includes girls. I've met a few that love that stuff. Eon kind of makes me think like a porno Marilyn Manson might direct. I think the under 30 crowd will go big big on Neu Wave Hookers, while most people 40’s & 50’s will probably give it the thumbs down. Eon McKai's Kill Girl Kill DVDs are already becoming cult faves. I give Neu Wave Hookers at A-. The Orgasmatron song leading into the lesbian orgy was the greatest.
Let’s see what long time reviewer Den of CAVR.com thinks. I bring up his site. I’m laughing as I read what he wrote “Early favorite for worst Feature of 2006” Although Den does give kudos to the female stars by saying that each is either cute or sexy.

Here’s some other big news I have to drop in. Late last night I got a press release that said VCA is saying good bye to one of it’s directors. You can read between the lines and tell that Eon didn’t want to accept the deal offered him because he thinks he is worth a lot more then VCA thinks he is.
