Monique Alexander did quite a few movies from 2000-2004, but the mild version; some girl/girl scenes, and some bondage movies. Things changed big time in November 2004, when she went straight to the top by signing a Vivid contract which began Jan 1, 2005. And no more mild stuff. For Vivid she did her first boy/girl scene with ROCCO as her screen partner. Monique recently re-signed for two more years, which now makes her an active Vivid star through 2008. And she has gotten even wilder! Monique is looking forward to her non-condom anal scenes, her inter-racial movie Black-Maled and her shoot tomorrow where she will let Cassidey be in charge. Monique has gone from a cute little naked girl doing soft stuff, to an all grown up beautiful sexy Vivid contract star being the bad girl and loving every minute of it!

Xcitement: How have you changed since you’ve become a Vivid Girl?
Monique: I haven’t changed a lot. But I’m coming into my womanhood now. I’ve just turned 24. I’m at a point in my life where I know what I want and who I am. It’s an exciting time. I am doing my first anal at the end of this month (July). I am really excited about it. I am also going to be doing my first interracial.
X: I read it’s going to be called “Monique has been Black-Maled.”
M: Yes they did a “Janine has been Black-Maled.” also. I think it is going to be a series.
X: Have you picked your male talent?
M: I think I am going to be working with Mr. Marcus and Sean Michaels. But I am not sure. I don’t know when it will be shot yet. I am happy with either one of them. They are both really nice.
X: Vivid has made some changes over the last year. It’s getting more edgy with harder core stuff, an interracial series and going condom optional.
M: I still use condoms in my sex scenes, but some girls don’t want to. When I do my anal I am not going to use a condom and the reason is because I’ve been told by every girl that has ever done anal with a condom that it’s the most painful thing in the world. I want my scene to be good. So I am going to have the person I am doing the anal with get tested right before we shoot, so that I know everything is okay. I am only not going to use condoms with anal, and some of my fans might be pissed off about it because they will say well if you are going to do anal without a condom then you should do the rest. The whole reason I do condom only (vaginally) is because guys can carry a virus that causes you to get HPV. And HPV can lead to abnormal cells in your cervix, which can turn into cancer.
X: I just did a big story on HPV on my site. There is now a vaccine that you can give little girls to protect them from catching it.
M: Really? That’s great. I have already had part of my cervix removed because I had cancerous cells. I want to have babies some day. So I don’t want to make it more difficult to carry a child. I love my job, and I love my fans, but I am not going to put my future of having babies at risk.
X: So have you been doing anal in your personal life to practice?
M: When I was younger I thought, ewww anal. But now that I am older I get turned on by it. I fantasize about it. I have dreams about it. I really want it. I had sexual experiences with fingers and stuff, but just recently on the 4th of July I was back home and there is a guy I always hook up with when I go home. We were just having sex and I said I want to do anal and he said I’ve never done it and I said I haven’t either. So I was on top and I gently, what you have to do in anal is dialate, so you have to go slowly and then stop, slowly go and then stop. Before I knew it, it was in. And we did anal, the first time for both of us. And it was awesome and I loved it. It was amazing. Everybody always told me if it’s done right it’s the best orgasm of your life. I had never felt anything like that. My whole body was shaking afterwards. It was fabulous. I was excited because I had done it. I really didn’t want to do it on camera for the first time. That’s the big thing about anal is that you have to be turned on by it or it’s not going to work.
X: Sweet little Monique who only did lesbian scenes, now is in love with anal sex.
M: I’ve always been a dirty girl, but when I was younger I was worried about what other people would think. When I decided to do boy/girl I knew that I would have to live with it for the rest of my life. So I am not going to do this half-assed. I am going to do it the fullest and try to be the biggest and the best, so that it is worth it. I have two anal scenes this year, and next year I have four. I want to do it for my fans, and I like it.
X: You have grown up a lot in a year and a half.
M: I definitely have. I’ve always been older then my age. I’m happy with where I am. It’s been a great year and a half with Vivid. And I’ve become reunited with a whole bunch of my girlfriends that I grew up with, which has been an amazing thing. To have them back in my life again is such a great thing. Living in LA gets a little lonely. You have friends here, but people in LA are more like your party friends. So now I have all my close friends from back home supporting me and being proud of me. That has made me stronger as a person.
X: When you are back home with them, you are the same old you, not the “star.”
M: That’s the first thing they said when I saw them after I hadn’t seen them in four years, was you’re still Momo. You are exactly the same. I used to be a little shy when I was younger. But now I’m not shy at all about anything. I will talk to anybody. I’ve finally come into my own and I can be crazy and dorky. My motto at the top of myspace is “Fuck what people think. You only live once.” It’s true. My friends and my family are behind me and that’s all that matters.
X: So you like living in LA?
M: I love where I live in the Hollywood/Beverly Hills area. I live in the city but it is quiet. If you go a couple blocks you are on Sunset. I know the back roads. I know when the traffic is going to be bad or good. I don’t really drive on the freeways much anymore. Vivid, the shoots, the photographer are all quite close to me. I don’t deal with much traffic where I live now.
X: Did you buy a house or are you renting an apartment?
M: I live in a very cute apartment. It is like a little house inside with hardwood floors. I have huge windows in my living room. I have a beautiful yard. I live with my two little Yorkies. It’s just me and my dogs.
X: What would you change if you were Queen of the world?
M: I would change judgmental people, people who are racist. People who were prejudice against color, race, all of the above. I would like to change people’s perception to open their eyes to what our industry is because it is all misconstrued and misconceived. There definitely is a bad part of the industry, but there is a bad part of every industry. Nobody is perfect. We are put out there like we are horrible people and if we are so horrible then why are we a billion dollar industry? This is sex. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it, but don’t knock us. If you don’t believe in religion we’re not trying to change people’s religion, that’s what they believe. We let them do what they want. This is what we believe. This is what we want to do. So leave us alone. We aren’t hurting anybody. We are actually bringing some joy to people’s life and relief.
X: Can you imagine if a bunch of people in the industry held a protest in front of a church where they had found a pedophile priest? We could make signs that said “Get out! We don’t want you in our neighborhood?”
M: Exactly you have all these priests that are pedophiles that molested these children but who do they come after? The people in porn. We are consenting adults doing what we want to do and we are the ones getting judged. But then these priests that are supposed to be holy people who are giving themselves to God are molesting little boys. And then those camps where people aren’t allowed to leave and they are all married to a million people and they sleep with their brothers and sisters.
X: We’re the problem though.
M: They are wasting their tax money on us. There aren’t worse things to go after? When have you seen anyone miserable from watching a porno? Why don’t they take care of these psychos. There is so much more serious stuff that they should be worrying about.
X: I agree. I took a look at your site and obviously since I’m not a member I couldn’t go inside, but the pictures on the front page are beautiful.
M: Right now I am in the process of getting it redesigned exactly the way I want it. I go on it, but I would like to be on there more. I want something really good for fans to go to and look at. So it will be redone and it’s gonna be huge. I want a message board. I need a diary. I want an opening of me talking and welcoming the fans so they know that it is my official site. MONIQUEALEXANDER.COM
X: So your first Vivid boy/girl movie was Lexie & Monique Love Rocco. You let Rocco be your first guy, what are you crazy???
M: I didn’t know who he was. But he was really nice
X: So him having a monster dick was okay?
M: Yeah. It was big, but I think Manuel Ferrera is bigger. It was a great scene. It was fun. There was a scene with me and Rocco and then at the end of the movie was an orgy scene.
X: Do you have a short list of men you work with?
M: My list isn’t short. I am a very open person. I have my people that I work with but then if there is someone that I haven’t worked with before, I know that the fans like to see me with different guys and we are lucky that we have a really good group of guys.
X: Who do you think is the sexiest male performer?
M: Tommy Gunn. He’s awesome. A super nice guy. A great body. I really like to work with him.
X: I would say Tommy too, but I haven’t worked with him yet.
(both laugh)
X: How about the sexiest female?
M: Janine. But I have never gotten to work with her. I LOVE JANINE. I think she is the most beautiful woman in the world. When I first got into the business there are just a couple people who stick in your mind and the thing about Janine was that I saw a lot of myself in her. She did girl/girl for so long and then when she was with Vivid I talked to her and expressed my love to her. I told her she was amazing and I was a huge fan. I just feel like I can relate her.
X: And then she got a contract with another company so you won’t be able to work with her.
M: I know I was so bummed.
X: Maybe you two could do some off camera work.
M: Yeah. That was what I was gonna say!
X: You are not going to get a boob job are you?
M: No never! The only time I would think about that was after I had kids and if my tits looked terrible. But I would never, ever get a boob job for any other reason. I love my boobs. I have a great set of boobies for someone my size. I’m happy with the way my body is. I wouldn’t alter my body. I’m an all natural girl, except for the piercing and tattoos. I have really nice boobs and there is no reason to ruin them.
X: How do you feel about people getting plastic surgery?
M: Some people need plastic surgery. Me I don’t know if I’ll ever need it. I take really good care of myself and if you see me with no makeup and my hair in a ponytail I look like I am seventeen. I look pretty young. I can’t say I’ll never get it someday because who knows what I will look like when I am forty. I think the only thing I would do is my lips because I don’t have much of an upper lip. But not to the point where anyone not close to me would be able to tell. That is the only thing I would think about doing now. My family looks good for their age. I have really good genes. So I am hoping I don’t ever have too. I am happy with the way I look right now. The only thing I am insecure about is my lips.
X: We’ll have a kissing contest and have you kiss a hundred people and see if anyone complains.
M: I’m sure they wouldn’t.
X: What is the best sex you’ve ever had?
M: That would have to be with Kyle, the guy from back home.
X: Does he realize that he is the luckiest guy in the world?
M: I don’t know. We both kinda play it off. We have great chemistry. I’ve never felt that way with anyone else sexually. When we did the anal thing, both of us were just blown away.
X: What is the weirdest place you ever had sex?
M: It’s in the movie we are shooting now, the new “Debbie Does Dallas.” In a cemetery in a coffin outside and it was nighttime. During the day while we were shooting dialog, there was a real funeral going on. I felt bad. I’m sure it will cause a little controversy. But it was a hot scene. We have a really good group of Vivid girls right now. Our girls are gorgeous.
X: I like that Vivid is spicing it up a bit. But I don’t know the new girls. I guess I should give them some more press. (laughs) Sunrise was the last Debbie.
M: Stephani Morgan is the new Debbie.
X: Tell me about this new comedy show you are hosting.
M: Me and Stephani did the first one. It is the Hollywood Improv on Melrose and they call it Vivid Triple X comedy night. We introduce the hosts and tell what comedians are coming on. And then at the end of the show they bring us back up along with the favorite comedian and do an interview. The second time I did it by myself. I love this kind of stuff. I am a ham. I love being on stage. I’m great when it comes to that kind of stuff. When there is anything live, I am just so on point, and I don’t know how I do it. It just flows. I think it’s a switch in your brain. It just goes and you are so composed and things just come out right.
X: I looked back through your movie titles and I saw a lot of Tie me up kind of things.
M: Oh man, those were fun. The fetishes? Those aren’t sex videos, they’re just spice videos. They do foot fetish. Some of the time you aren’t even naked. They do the kind of movies where you are an office worker and you are wearing a suit and you find out your boss is embezzling money. Then he finds out you know, so he comes in and chloroforms you. It’s all fake, not real. But you pass out and when you wake up you are tied up and have tape over your mouth and you struggle against the ropes and they video tape you. It’s kind of simple. It’s easy work.
X: I think people get off on that because you are helpless.
M: Some people like that. But it’s fun. Those people at FM concepts are the nicest people. I miss working for them.
X: So you were submissive in them?
M: Sometimes, and sometimes I would be the one tying girls up, I could be the bad guy too.
X: Are you submissive in real life?
M: It depends. Sometimes.
X: Sometimes yes and sometimes no, or yes with girls and no with guys.
M: It depends on the person. Every person is different. Some people you want to be dominant and other people you have to be dominant because they are more submissive. I’m getting ready to do a sex scene with Cassidey tomorrow
X: I LOVE CASSIDEY!
M: I’ll probably be more submissive because she is such a dominant person.
X: Cassidey is very hot, You’ll have fun. How are you at talking dirty?
M: I’ve done some girl/girl scenes where shit comes out of my mouth and I’m like Holy Moley, did I just say all that.
X: What did you say Monique?
M: Stuff like, you dirty little bitch, just whatever comes out of my mouth. I’m embarrassed to say it right now. I am blushing over here.
X: How do you feel about the rough stuff and the very rough stuff.
M: I am very sheltered with Vivid. But I did this one scene with this girl and she just kept slapping her tits, and I was like she is beating the shit out of herself while we are doing the scene. It kinda scared me. I’m like whoa. But whatever gets you off.
X: If you found a thousand dollars on the street and you had to spend it what would you buy?
M: A designer handbag. Dior or something. It’s really hard for me to fork out that much money for a purse.
X: I totally understand. That one that Jessica Simpson has, the white one with the all different colors on it? It was fourteen hundred dollars. That’s my mortgage payment.
M: I’ve thought of going to buy one of them and I just can’t justify it. I don’t own a house yet. But that is exactly how I feel. I work my butt off and have money and I say I am going to go buy one, and every time I can never do it. I think I should be putting this in my savings.
X: That’s good. Your parents raised you right. You have to get a boyfriend and have him buy it for you for Christmas. Then you wouldn’t feel guilty for spending the money.
M: Good idea!
X: What are you afraid of?
M: Snakes. I am deathly afraid of snakes. If I see one on TV, I will have a panic attack.
X: I guess you don’t shoot a lot in the desert then do you?
M: We were just in the desert and the whole time we were there all I was thinking was there are rattlesnakes out here because it is so hot. I’ve had some bad experiences with them too. When I was a little girl I opened the front door and there was a baby rattlesnake right there and I remember my Grampa killing it. That happened a couple times. Where I grew up there was a lot of snakes. I went camping and I would see snakes all the time. Another time I was in my room doing my homework and my bedroom door has this huge gap underneath it. I went out to get something to eat and when I came back there was a snake about to crawl under my door. I HATE them!
X: When that stuff happened to you when you were little, that traumatized you. You need like therapy to get rid of that.
M: I am a total firm believer that people lived other lives and stuff. I really feel like I have an old soul. I think in another life I got bit by a snake and I died. I can’t go into someone’s house if I know there is a snake in there, even if it is in a cage. I will not come in your house. I have the heebie-jeebies now. I’m freaked out just talking about it.
X: What’s quirky about you that your friends know that your fans would like to know?
M: I have so many weird things. Every time I go home there is this place called the Mexican Deli and it has the best food in the world, and everyday I am home I order a bean and cheese burrito special, everyday.
X: I love bean and cheese burritos! Do you have a message for your fans?
M: Thank you for being my fans. Watch for my upcoming stuff because it’s just getting better.
X: Do you have a movie coming out?
M: I just did a movie called “Cherry Bombs”, I don’t know when that is coming out but it is going to be a really good movie so they should look for that. And I have a couple new ones out right now called “Monique on the Sly” and “The Sitter” and “After Midnight”. So check them out!
