AdultFun: What are you up to?
RubberDoll: I’m packing! First I’m going to Montreal. I m going to a movie premiere. It’s a movie I’m doing with another fetish model called Bianca. After that I am going to Switzerland and then to Greece and then Copenhagen and then I come back.
AF: Geez, you are a world traveler.
R: Yeah. I have shows to do. In Montreal though, it’s a movie premiere to go with a fetish weekend, then the next day I am doing a show at the big event. Then in the other stops I do gigs.
AF: You work hard. You are going all the time.
R: Yes. I love doing the conventions too.
AF: Well it’s a good thing you like what you do. You’ll have to explain to me about your thing, because you are different then the girls I usually interview. I’m trying to fit you into my usual questions and photo layout and you don’t just fit. You are different.
R: It’s a good to thing. That means I’m not like everyone else. I think that is my secret ingredient. Is being completely different from everyone. I’m the pretty girl, but they are getting something totally different and I think that=2 0is the key to my success really.
AF: Well you are definitely different, and you are hot too.
R: Thank you.
AF: And gorgeous.
R: Thank you.
AF: And you have nice boobs and a nice ass.
R: (Laughs) Thank you. People like to see something different.
AF: It must take you forever to get dressed and do your makeup and hair.
R: Well what takes the longest is the outfits. What you see are custom. I come up with the idea and sketch out the outfits how I want them. That takes the most time, coming up with an outfit that I have never seen before.
AF: That must be fun.
R: I have a dream job really.
AF: Creative.
R: I have a great imagination . Who would have known. (laughs)
AF: Where is your accent from?
R: I was born and raised in Miami. So I have the Spanish…
AF: You do.
R: My parents would speak Spanish all the time. They knew very little English.
AF: You don’t look Spanish at all.
R: You don’t think so?
AF: Your skin is pale.
R: Yeah. See my Mom is from Spain and the part she is from, she was white as a ghost. I try to tan. I’d like to be the color of Lexi (Lapetina) and that’s just not going to happen. Sometimes I get a little tan, but I mostly get red or burned. My Dad is darker, but I got my facial features from him, not my skin.
AF: It’s funny, you talk so clearly, but there is that hint of Miami accent in your voice. I would guess most people wouldn’t pick it out, and certainly wouldn’t know it was a Latin Miami20accent, unless they are from here.
R: When I was a teenager all my friends spoke English, but at home I spoke Spanish with my parents.
AF: It’s so great to be bi-lingual, and to be raised that way.
R: I thought it was so uncool when I was young. And now I really appreciate it. When I went to Spain I was able to speak to everyone there. It was a great thing. I can’t wait to go back.
AF: We are so lucky because everywhere we go people speak English.
R: They do. When I go to all these other countries. I am able to find people that speak English. It’s very convenient.
AF: I know. We just had the Olympics in China and the news people said that any Chinese person who was going to be working with the public had to learn basic English. We Americans are spoiled. Speaking of traveling to other countries, what do they say when they open you luggage at the airport?
R: You know that happens quite a lot because when I do my shows I do grinding. I have this big stra p-on and I grind it with an angle grinder. So when that goes through the scanning machine they are just in shock. It looks like a pipe bomb. I also have confetti cannons that I blow out at the audience during my shows. So all these look like bombs. Now I have gotten a little into pyrotechnics like flames and smoke. Also when they open my bag, I have these giant dildos.
AF: (Cracks up)
R: And they don’t know what I do. They have no idea I’m doing these shows. And one of these is a squirting dildo that I put a can of whipped cream it. So they think they are for personal use and I am going to be putting this inside of me. It’s the size of my arm. It’s really funny.
AF: You should point to your boyfriend and say, that’s his!
R: (Cracks up) He gets embarrassed. He won’t put any of my stuff in his luggage.
AF: I saw the big huge dildo you had in your movie. You should put that in his suitcase and hide it under his clothes.
R: Yeah, right. (laughs) The airport security people pull those out with their fingertips.
AF: I don’t blame them.
R: Well it’s never really been anywhere ya know?
AF: Yeah, but if you were going through someone’s luggage and you found that…
R: You wouldn’t want to touch it. You would be like I don’t know where that has been.
AF: That could have been up someone’s ass.
R: Exactly! That’s where it usually is in regular people. I’m not into that, but many guys are into that. It’s a big fetish.
AF: You talk about your boyfriend on your site. You two have been together for a while.
R: About nine years now. We worked together for a year and then started my website together. He is really good at web-mastering and I do the creative part. We have a really good set up. And in 2004 I came up with the idea to have my sister site ShinySluts.com. There is a really big fetish scene, especially here in Florida. We get e-mails all the time from girls who wa nt to be on the site. They might want to be a model for a day, or some girls have a career in this. The ones that are more polished at it, that do this as a business, come in and know what they are doing and do their own make up. But I also get a lot of girls that have never done it before and that is a creative part that I do. I do all their makeup, their hair, I style their clothes and I also do all of the backdrops. For that part I am behind the scenes. I have fun doing the whole thing and putting it all together, whether I am in it or not.
AF: How did you end up deciding that rubber was your thing?
R: I was in the Goth scene.
AF: I could see that being a good look for you with your black hair and white skin.
R: I was a teen when I started in Goth and then a couple years after that, when I was about nineteen, the fetish scene came in. I would dress up in Goth to go to the fetish clubs and see all these people in rubber. After going two or three times I knew I wanted to dress like that. So I sold all my Goth dresses and I turned around and started buying rubber. And it wasn’t a whole lot of rubber at first because rubber is really expen sive.
AF: How did rubber go from being cool clothes to dress up in, to a sexual turn on?
R: The actual rubber material feels very tight on your body. When you combine how tight it is and the rubber feel of it, it is very different then regular clothing. It’s a different feeling. Hmmm. Don’t you feel sexier when you wear a pair of high heels? It’s kind of like the same thing. When you combine a fabric that turns me on so much as rubber with another element of high heels. It’s the ultimate. It’s really amazing.
AF: How did you decide that rubber was going to be your thing, and not leather?
R: Well when I first started I liked a little bit of leather. I would even wear it when I was in the Goth scene. I would wear leather skirts, leather jackets, leather everything. But that kind of wore off a little bit. I still like it, but not as much as rubber.
AF: I can see how the rubber clothes would make you look sexy, and maybe make you feel sexy because they are squeezing you, so they are pushing your boobs together, rubbing on your crotch area, and the noise of it squeaking…
R: The material is very smooth and feels very nice on your skin and also when you are all polished up and shiny, that’s another part of it. When I look at myself in the mirror or I look at another person wearing it and they are all shiny. That turns me on when I see it on someone else.
AF: Fetish is such a huge category of things. You can go in so many different directions with it. I kind of know what you like because I watched your movie.
R: Are you talking about rubber, or fetish in general?
AF: Well with rubber, you could be into smothering people while you are wearing it. You could be into spanking someone who is wearing it.
R: Well you could have a spanking fetish. And a rubber fetish.
AF: And then you mix them all together.
R: There is really no right or wrong.
AF: In the movie I see you as really dominant throughout.
R: I am a little bit dominant.

AF: I saw that you do shows with FAQ. What is FAQ?
R: It’s a collaboration I do with a Swiss band. They are quite popular in Europe. I usually do a twenty-minute show, this time I will be doing an hour show which I have never done before. Fetish performances usually don’t exceed ten minutes and so mine is an exception at twenty minutes, so we are breaking the rules at an hour.
AF: So you do grinding on stage?
R: Yeah, that’s part of the show.

AF: Do you have any tattoos?
R: None.
AF: Piercings?
R: Just my ears.
AF: So you can play the innocent, and you look innocent.
R: I like to be a clean slate. I would never put a tattoo on me. I shouldn’t say never, but I can’t imagine me with a tattoo.
AF: So when was the first time you decided to put electrical tape on your nipples?
R: That is a fetish staple. That’s not something I invented. (Laughs)

R: It is.
AF: How do you get it off hours later?
R: You peel it off.

AF: What is the weirdest one you ever did?
