Hedge funders’ suit claims money went to porn investment, swingers’ resort

Saturday, August 29th, 2009

A swingers’ resort was one of the investments, a suit claims Milton (Todd) Ault 3rd invested their money in.

A California moneyman with X-rated interests is being sued by several hedge funds who accuse him of shoveling their millions into porn and a planned Catskills swingers ranch.

Milton (Todd) Ault 3rd is charged with stiffing a dozen hedge funds on a $4.2 million investment with his firm Zealous Inc.

The Manhattan Supreme Court suit says the money was supposed to be steered to an “integrated global community of trading partners.”

“The financing was a scam,” the suit says. “He intended to, and did, use plaintiffs’ money to fund [his] lifestyle, which included the development of a ’swingers ranch’ in the Catskills and other pornographic-related endeavors.”

Ault, whose online bio boasts that he has traded stocks since he was 11, has dabbled in adult entertainment, and his company co-produced a porn flick based on Sarah Palin.

He declared the suit “worthless” and said any talk of a swinger hideaway in New Lebanon, N.Y., was a “joke.”

“We were subdividing it into eight lots,” Ault said. “There was never going to be a swingers club.”

Ault, who worked at Dean Witter Reynolds and Prudential Securities before starting Zealous, said the money was always earmarked for the creation of a platform for the trading of securities.

“These hedge funds didn’t do their homework when they made their investment,” said Ault, adding that the funds have already recouped a chunk of the money.
Get started now!

He said the 130-acre plot of land on Wadsworth Road was purchased long before the hedge funds invested in his company.

Last September, Ault merged Zealous into Adult Entertainment Capital Inc., a publicly traded firm that issued a press release about plans for a 140-acre East Coast project for the “fast-growing swingers lifestyle.”

Ault insisted yesterday a swingers ranch was never seriously planned for woodsy Columbia County.

“That was simply a joke,” he said.

A lawyer for the hedge funds did not return calls.

UPDATE: Charges fly in Eric Dane sex-tape flap

Wednesday, August 19th, 2009

Let the maneuvering begin.
In the wake of Monday’s disclosure that a “sex tape” is making the rounds featuring “Grey’s Anatomy” star Eric Dane, his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart and a beauty queen-turned Playboy model, Dane’s attorney Marty Singer went on full-scale damage control.
First off, Singer insisted, the work in question is not a sex tape. And according to several reports, he’s not kidding. The New York Daily News and the Gawker gossip Web site reported that the tape showing the three adults, naked and apparently very high on marijuana, lounging around in different poses and discussing what names they would use if they were porn stars and other matters of pressing international interest. But there’s no sex.
The third woman in the video is Kari Ann Peniche, who was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2002 but later stripped of the title when she posed for Playboy. Peniche says the now two-year-old tape was on her computer’s hard drive, which was stolen while she was a contestant on “Celebrity Rehab.” She filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department and blames her “Rehab” roommate, country singer Mindy McReady, who has an extensive history of drug and alcohol abuse. McCready says it was Perniche who was stealing stuff, and that she warned Dane and Gayheart that their tape was in shaky hands (and she knew about the tape … how?). Los Angeles police have not said if they are investigating the case.
Meanwhile, Singer warned

in a statement that “if anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”
JENNY SANFORD FEELS SORRY FOR TWEO-TIMING HUBBY, prays for HIS MISTRESS: Jenny Sanford says in an interview that she mostly feels bad for her philandering husband, South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford, and that she Googled his Argentnian lover to see what she looked like, says a new story in Vogue magazine.
“She’s pretty,” was Jenny Sanford’s reported verdict.
Jenny Sanford, who with the couple’s four children moved out of the governor’s mansion last week, says she feels sorry for her husband, who has admitted having an affair with Maria Belen Chapur, 43, a divorced mother of two in Bueno Aries who worked briefly as a TV correspondent.
“He was just obsessed with going to see this woman,” Jenny Sanford told Vogue. “I have learned that these affairs are almost like an addiction to alcohol or pornography; they just can’t seem to break away from them.”
As for Chapur, “I am sure she is a fine person. It can’t be fun for her, though I do sometimes question her judgment . … All I can do is pray for her because she made some poor choices.”
Jenny Sanfordf also theorizes that “politicians become disconnected from the way everyone else lives in the world. … They’ll say they need something, and 10 people want to give it to them. It’s an ego boost, and it’s easy to drink your own Kool-Aid.”
SOON TO COME — ANOTHER SET OF VOCAL CHORDS TO BLAIR AT US WITHOUT A HINT OF NUANCE: Singer Celine Dion is expecting her second child, her rep conformed Tuesday
“Celine and Rene (her manager/husband) are very happy,” said the rep in a statement. “They are crazy in love over the news.
The 41-year-old singer and her husband, Rene Angelil, 67, conceived with the help of a team of fertility doctors in New York, People magazine reported. The couple’s son Rene-Charles, was born January 2001. Angelil also has three other children from two previous marriages.
Dion had taken time off since her concert tour ended in March to focus on having a another child. She is scheduled to return to her Las Vegas show in fall of 2010, but those plans might be changed now.
JACKSON MARKETING DEAL APPROVED: A judge on Monday approved a deal that will bring more Michael Jackson merchandise to store shelves.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff approved the deal proposed by concert promoter AEG and merchandiser Bravado. Still to be determined is the fate of a proposed traveling tour featuring Jackson memorabilia and personal items. A hearing on that proposal is scheduled for Friday. Katherine Jackson reportedly wants authority over what’s included on the tour; AEG and Bravado are opposed to this.

Party Cruises From Cyprus Developing Reputation For Orgies

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

Looking for some whipped cream and strawberry contests to liven up your vacation? Apparently they’re happening on overnight cruises off the coast of the Cyprus resort of Ayia Napa.

By day, Ayia Napa is a beautiful beach resort and it’s at least partly marketed as a family paradise. But locals are furious about the night cruises which attract young party-going tourists that have led to orgy photos being published in Norway.

The Cypriot police check the boats every day once they’re back at the port, and have found no evidence of anything illegal going on, so the cruises are continuing. Sounds like Cyprus doesn’t want to encourage this but hey, isn’t diversifying your tourism industry important these days?

Stripper denies raping buck’s night best man with sex toy

Friday, July 31st, 2009

A STRIPPER accused of rape said “it was a joke” after her alleged victim complained of being violated, a court has heard.

Linda Maree Naggs, 40, has pleaded not guilty to one count of rape. She is accused of raping the best man at the 2007 buck’s party with a sex toy.

The alleged victim told the County Court today he urged stripper Linda Maree Naggs not to put the pink strap-on dildo into his anus and was shocked when she did.

“I was pretty upset at that stage,” he said. “I could feel something was there.”

The best man told the court he scuffled with Naggs and told her to leave after the incident.

“She said it was just a joke, just a joke. I knew that there was something wrong down there.”

The best man said he went to the toilet and returned with a bloody tissue that he showed to Naggs.

He said when he asked for his money back, the stripper threatened to call in bikies.

At the completion of his questioning of the best man, prosecutor Kieran Gilligan tendered the pink dildo with black strap as an exhibit.

Yesterday, jurors were told if there had been penetration it was an accident.

Ms Naggs’ barrister Paul Higham told them: “This is the case of the accidental rape, if there was one.”

Another partygoer told the jury today that Ms Naggs was doing thrusting motions behind the best man’s back with the sex toy strapped to her.

He said it was funny at the time but then his friend had a look of pain.

“His face was like he got hurt and he did a bit of a scream and got up and said `what the f— are you doing’?” the man said.

“I remember her saying `I didn’t mean to do it’. I remember her saying she was sorry as well.”

The best man’s brother said he saw the stripper thrust and then his brother squint.

He said his brother got up quickly and told her to leave. He and another man got up to restrain his brother, the jury was told.

“He was clearly upset about it,” the brother said.

Mr Gilligan told the jury that the best man had booked Ms Naggs, who performed under the name Tiffany, for the buck’s party on the Mornington Peninsula.

During Ms Naggs’ performance, the best man’s shirt was removed and she asked him to take off his jeans, Mr Gilligan said. The court heard he was naked from the knees up.

Mr Gilligan said Ms Naggs directed him to get on all fours before she strapped the sex toy to herself.

When he raised concerns about where she might put the sex toy, Mr Gilligan said she replied: “Not a problem, relax, it’s only fun, I won’t go there.”

But the best man claims she penetrated him anyway, before telling him “don’t worry, only you and I know”, the jury was told.

Mr Gilligan said the complainant claims he pushed Ms Naggs off him telling her: “You said you weren’t going to do that and you did. You have just violated me.”

The trial before Judge Tim Wood continues.

A Christian sex party hostess

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

Emma Sayle runs Killing Kittens, an upmarket and exclusive sex party night with an eye on empowering women. The former West Berkshire school girl explains why her business doesn’t contradict her Christian faith.
That Emma Sayle organises elite sex parties might raise a few eyebrows, but that she’s also a committed Christian will have all eyebrows lunging sky-high.
“I’ve had this conversation about sex before marriage a lot and it doesn’t actually say once in the bible that you can’t have sex before marriage.”
Emma Sayle
A former pupil at the exclusive Downe House school in West Berkshire, Emma is one of the world’s leading ’sextrepreneurs’.
The 31-year-old has made her name as the top upmarket adult party organiser and runs a monthly sex party night called Killing Kittens.
Populist myth has it that every time a woman ’sins’ by pleasuring herself, God in retribution kills a kitten.
Over time, the term ‘killing kittens’ has become slang for female masturbation.
Thus, Emma’s parties focuses on female empowerment where, for example, men aren’t allowed to approach women and only women can make or break the rules.
“It’s for couples and girls,” says Emma, a pal of Prince William’s Bucklebury-born girlfriend Kate Middleton, “it’s for good-looking people only, under the age of 45.
“These parties turn into mass orgies – they’re big sex parties – and it’s a case of 50 per cent of the people that come along do take clothes off, and the other 50 per cent just come along for a good party and keep their clothes on.”

Surely this sort of sexual freedom sits uneasily with 31-year-old Emma’s Christian faith? But she heartily disagrees.
“This whole ‘I’m a Christian’ thing,” she says, “the way it’s been written about a lot of the time is as if I’m someone happy-clappy who’s just done an Alpha course.
“But I’ve been going to church and Sunday school since I was little. It’s a private thing that is just my faith.
“When it comes to religion – and it’s not me being defensive – people pick and choose.
“When you look at the bible, people pick and choose which bits they choose to live by and which bits they don’t.
“I’ve had this conversation about sex before marriage a lot and it doesn’t actually say once in the bible that you can’t have sex before marriage.
“That’s just the stigma that’s been attached to it. It gets misquoted.
“These are couples who are genuinely together and they choose to do this as a life-style choice within the sanctity of their marriage.
“No one’s getting hurt, no one’s cheating on anyone. Who am I or you or whoever to say they can’t do it?
“I always say: everyone’s happy, so what’s the big deal?”
Calum Macleod, who’s a committed Christian and a former leader of marriage courses across Reading, thinks it is a big deal.
“Where I come from sex equates to marriage,” he says, “and my thinking is that the sexual act is such an intimate one, that to do it with somebody within the context of a committed relationship is really only the good place to do it.
“I happen to think that sex is a deeper thing than just adult play.”
But Emma thinks that an infrequent dabble into sexual fantasies can’t be detrimental to a relationship if that’s what the couple opt for.
“This isn’t the be all and end all with people doing it every single night,” she says.
